Choreographer, Dance Instructor, & Studio Director
Haven Cottle has dedicated her life to her passion of dance through performing and educating students about the art of dance. She graduated from Marshall University in Huntington, WV with an undergraduate Business Degree and a Masters of Business Administration. While attending Marshall University she was a member of the University’s dance team. Upon graduation she became one of Marshall University Dance Team coaches, where she coached for three years.
In her early years, Haven traveled across the United States performing on Carnival Cruise ships, at Walt Disney World, and in Hawaii, California, and various other venues. She has trained at multiple studios and schools across the United States—including Ohio, California, West Virginia, and New York—as well as the Broadway Dance Center.
Her training includes everything from Classical Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip-Hop, Contemporary, Acrobatics, and various styles of Ballroom techniques. Currently, Haven is the Studio Director, Instructor, and Competition Choreographer at Bridget’s Dance Academy in Huntington, WV. She also instructs and choreographs at Academy of the Art's at January's in Charleston, WV. She has traveled across the U.S. judging competitions and teaching technique and choreography workshops. Most recently her piece "Something's Missing" was a top 20 finalist winner in the choreographer's online competition out of thousands of entries. Haven lives to dance, and aspires to instill her passion of the art in all those with whom she dances, works, and instructs.
